Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).
Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delivery times may vary based on carrier capacity, weather, and destination.
Carriers
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on the size and weight of your order and your location. For large or heavy commercial fixtures, we may use freight carriers (LTL). You will be notified of the carrier and provided tracking information once your order ships.
Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories
We ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Additional shipping surcharges may apply and will be calculated at checkout. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii typically takes 7-14 business days via standard shipping. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories or international destinations.
P.O. Boxes
We can ship small packages to P.O. Boxes via USPS. Larger items that require UPS or FedEx delivery cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address for these orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order at any time by logging into your account or visiting our order tracking page.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product damage. We will file a claim with the carrier and ship a replacement at no additional cost.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and building management first. If the package cannot be located, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
