30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and hardware
  • Free of installation marks, scuffs, or modifications

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-cut LED strip lights
  • Special order or custom-configured fixtures
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Items that have been installed, wired, or modified

How to Start a Return

  1. Log into your account and navigate to your order history. Select the order containing the item you wish to return and click "Request Return."
  2. Or contact us at support@lightingrack.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  3. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 1 business day.
  4. Ship the item back using the RMA number. For defective items, we provide a prepaid return shipping label. For non-defective returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

If you paid with a gift card, your refund will be issued as a store credit. Shipping charges on the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement. This ensures the fastest processing time.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will ship a replacement immediately at no cost and provide a prepaid return label for the defective item. You do not need to wait for the return to be processed before receiving your replacement.

Warranty Claims

Many of our products carry manufacturer warranties ranging from 1 to 10 years. For warranty claims beyond the 30-day return window, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We will coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf to arrange a repair or replacement.
